Monteschool Team

Karina Černá, director, teacher, and founder of Monteschool
Karina studied Early Childhood Education at the Faculty of Education, Charles University, and completed a Montessori diploma course in Ireland. She has over 20 years of experience as a teacher and English language instructor. She lived in England, Ireland, and Italy, where she found inspiration for her work with children.
After the birth of her own children, she founded the bilingual Montessori preschool Monteschool. Her goal is to create a kind and respectful environment with an individual approach to both children and parents. She loves engaging with children through creative activities, singing, movement and drama games, and helping them explore the world with confidence in their own abilities. Karina continuously educates herself in the fields of pedagogy, psychology, and personal development. In her free time, she enjoys crafting, traveling, and spending time in nature.
